The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.14 - August 14, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 12.1.4, 11.1.14. Fixed an issue where the firewall repeatedly rebooted when downgrading to an affected release.
