The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.19 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.8, 8.1.19. Fixed an issue where the High Speed Chassis Interconnect (HSCI) port flapped continuously after an upgrade or reboot.
