The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.12 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 8.1.12, 9.1.6. The dataplane sends positive acknowledgments to predict-status checks from FPP when the corresponding predict is deleted, which causes SIP and RTSP applications to perform less than the expected achievable performance.
