The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.11 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 8.1.11. Fixed an issue on Panorama M-Series and virtual appliances where a validation job triggered a memory leak in a process ( configd ), which caused context switching between Panorama and the web interface to respond slower than expected.
