The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 9.1.1 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.1. Fixed an issue where application dependency warnings were displayed after a commit when the policy rules containing the dependent applications used different sources (one used user and the other used groups).
