The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.10-h4 - September 09, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.2.9, 12.1.5, 11.1.11, 11.1.10-h4, 11.2.11, 11.1.6-h17. Fixed an issue on Panorama where you were unable to delete a shared object due to the rulebase incorrectly referencing the shared object instead of the device group-specific object when the name was used. To use this fix, delete the original shared object after cloning it to a device group with the same name.
