The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.9-h4 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 8.1.9-h4. Fixed an issue where the firewall dropped GTPv1 DELETE PDP response packets that had a termination endpoint ID (TEID) value of 0.
