The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.9 - January 09, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.10, 8.1.9. Fixed an issue on the Panorama management server where the Include Device and Network Templates setting ( Commit Push to Devices Edit Selections or Commit Commit and Push Edit Selections ) was disabled by default and caused your push attempts to fail.
