The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.10-h21 - September 09, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.14, 11.1.10-h21, 11.2.11, 12.1.5. Fixed an issue on Panorama where, after upgrading to an affected release, a partial commit via the API did not push configuration changes to managed firewalls, and a full commit was required to synchronize the configuration.
