Hi All, I need urgent help to install MongoDB. I am trying to install MongoDB and it got stuck on "Installing MongoDB compass". In task editor its showing installing "Powershell.exe" . I didn't find any resolution. Please help me to install. I am attaching screen shot for your reference.

At that point MongoDB has been installed but Compass has not. I'm not sure what is happening in your case, but in the meantime, you can download the latest Compass MSI installer directly. At that point MongoDB has been installed but Compass has not – in your case it sounds like MongoDB has been upgraded but Compass has not. The issue has been fixed with the backport of SERVER-35936, which will be in upcoming MongoDB 4.0.6 release. In the meantime, you can download the latest Compass MSI installer directly. I'm sorry about this! The issue will be fixed in all future releases. Best Regards, Matt yas19sin commented on Thu, 10 Jan 2019 05:09:10 +0000: hi so i have the same problem as mentioned above i've been waiting for almost 40 minutes now and it's still stuck i checked the installation folder and tried running the server and the client they are both working so i don't know if canceling the installation is gonna delete it all, but i  am gonna try and see.
