Disable chaining in catchup_takeover_two_nodes_ahead.js

Info

catchup_takeover_two_nodes_ahead.js disables data replication on some nodes and expects the other nodes to sync from the primary successfully. With chaining, the running secondaries may sync from the disabled secondaries so that the test timed out while waiting for writes to get replicated.
