Can you please clarify what the issue is and how to reproduce it, and on what version? https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/tutorial/expand-replica-set/ covers how to add a node to an existing replica set.
1、create shard cluster; 2、stop all server, start with node1 fault; 3、add new node1 jion cluster;
