While performing the load test on single shared staging server we got the sync producer problem: 16235 going to start syncing, but buffer is not empty
and secondary server got stopped.
I have attached required logs can check and confirm it is related to bug in mongo DB or not

Thank you for the report. I have analyzed the logs you have provided and believe you are encountering an issue tracked in SERVER-17081. Please feel free to vote for SERVER-17081 and watch it for updates.
As a side note, we strongly recommend upgrading to MongoDB 3.0.11, which includes the critical fix SERVER-21275.
