On HP ProLiant servers running Linux and the HP System Health Application (hp-health) Version 10.40, when restarting hp-health, an “error=4” message may appear in the "var/log/messages" log file and the message count will increase by two on every restart:
This error log can be found in “/var/log/messages” as “hpasmlited[2745]: (SendRecv_CHIF) CpqCiSend: error=4, "Bad name for the target connection object."
This issue occurs when the IPMI RMQ thread is started before the CHIF channels are being opened.

Any HP ProLiant server running Linux and hp-health with either of the Linux Operating Systems:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Server (x86-64)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server (x86-64)
SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 11(x86-64)
SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 12 (x86-64)

The latest version of the HPE System Health Application and Command Line Utilities for Linux are available as follows:
