When an HPE FlexFabric 10Gb 2-port 536FLB Adapter is connected to an HPE ProLiant BL460c Gen9 server blade or ProLiant BL660c Gen9 server blade running VMware vSphere 5.5 U3, vSphere 6.0 U2 or vSphere 6.5, HPE Insight Management WBEM Providers will not report the actual Fibre Channel (FC) port status, and will not generate the FC downlink or FC uplink indications when a FC cable is connected or disconnected from the ports.

This issue is corrected by upgrading HPE Insight Management WBEM Providers for VMware vSphere 6.0, vSphere 6.5 and HPE custom ESXi 6.x Images (or later).
