An HP ProLiant ML350 Gen9 server configured with an HP ProLiant ML350 Gen9 X4 RPS Enablement Kit and/or HP NVIDIA Quadron M6000 Graphics Accelerator may become unresponsive or fail to boot under light HDD loads. This behavior may not be exhibited after initial boot; however, after a graceful shutdown and reboot, the server may stop responding or fail to boot with no POST message. Additionally, all front LEDs will blink (turn ON and turn OFF repeatedly) and IML reports the following critical messages:CRITICAL: Unrecoverable System Error - Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Bad Fuse, System Board, P12V Main/AUX Regulator 1 (64h)).Critical,61,832,System Error,06/02/2015 15:42:00,Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Bad Fuse System Board P12V Main/AUX Regulator 1 (24h))Critical,61,880,System Error,06/02/2015 15:42:00,Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Power On Fault System Board P12V Main/AUX Regulator 1 (24h))
