On any HPE ProLiant Gen12 server configured with an HPE SN1700Q 64Gb Dual Port/Single Port Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter (FC HBA) or an HPE SN1610Q 32G Dual Port/Single Port FC HBA, the adapter does not display on the Network page of the iLO after a firmware update to version 2.11.09 and a server restart.If an iLO reset is performed, the adapter will re-appear on the Network page; however, the "State" and "Health" of the adapter is reported as unknown:Below are examples of the errors found on the iLO page.The adapter is listed in the iLO Network page:After the firmware update, the adapter is not shown in the iLO Network page, and the Redfish Response tab brings attention to the iLO error:The AHS logs state the errors:
