Diagnostic generation from VTCMC or from command line can create oversized output files when core dump files are stored in the system. The cause of this issue is often related to the /var directory where the diagnostics are stored. When the /var directory storage space closes to 100%, QoreStor stops from operating correctly, hence generating errors.Lack of space in /var directory can also affect upgrade procedure.Download or delete old packages and core dump files prior to generating new diagnostics or starting QoreStor upgrade instance.Likelihood: VERY LIKELY
