When integrating HPE Gen11 servers equipped with more than 16 processors—including CPUs, NVIDIA GPUs, and DPUs—into HPE OneView versions prior to version 10.20, issues such as server refresh failures or profile assignment failures may occur.This has been seen most frequently with servers utilizing the NVIDIA A16 64GB PCIe Non-CEC Accelerator for HPE (R8T26C), although the issue is not exclusive to this configuration.
Any HPE OneView versions 9.x, 10.00, or 10.10, managing HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO 6) with firmware versions earlier than version 1.70.
To resolve the issue, update HPE OneView to 10.20 or HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (iLO 6) to firmware version 1.70 by using the following URLs:Online ROM Flash Firmware Package - HPE Integrated Lights-Out 6 (dated Aug 13, 2025)HPE OneView Vesion 10.20Applying either of these updates will address the problem and ensure proper functionality.
