On an HPE ProLiant RL300 Gen11 or HPE ProLiant Compute DL384 Gen12 server when changes are made to the iLO 6 configuration options after pressing F9 to access the BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) boot-time interface, the RBSU may stop responding, requiring a reboot.
Any HPE ProLiant RL300 Gen11 or HPE ProLiant Compute DL384 Gen12.
If the server stops responding in the RBSU while physically present at the server, reboot the server using the front power button.If the server stops responding while using the iLO remote console, reboot the server using the iLO Server Power Options.This advisory will be updated if additional solutions become available.
