On an HPE ProLiant Compute DL384 Gen12 server, the System ROM information displayed in System Utilities and/or at POST may be slightly different from that displayed in the HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) web interface.For example, "R13 v1.24 (05/16/2025)" will be displayed in RBSU and at Power-On Self-Test (POST). However, in the iLO web interface, "R13 v.1.24 (05/19/2024) is displayed.

A future version of the System ROM will display the version information as synced in both the RBSU and the iLO web interface.As a workaround, the slight mismatch in version dates can be safely ignored, as it does not impact system operation or functionality.This advisory will be updated when additional solutions become available.
