On any HPE ProLiant Gen11 platform with an AMD Processor, running a Linux Operating
System, and configured with a Xilinx X2522-25G Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port SFP28 Adapter for
HPE; Uncorrectable PCI Express Error messages similar to the following, may be logged in
the Integrated Management Log(IML) after performing a system reboot:
Unrecoverable I/O Error has occurred. System Firmware will log additional
details in a separate IML message entry if possible.
Uncorrectable PCI Express Error Detected. Slot 1 (Segment 0x0, Bus 0x40,
Device 0x1, Function 0x1). Uncorrectable Error Status: 0x100000 ACTION: Update the
firmware of the failing device. If the issue persists, replace the device.
This issue occurs because the network adapter may not stop sending PCIe transactions
to the host during the reboot; therefore, the software in the server will display
Uncorrectable PCI Express Error messages.

configured with a Xilinx X2522-25G Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port SFP28 Adapter for HPE
(P24437-B21).
