An HP-UX 11i v3 system with Auto Port Aggregation (APA) configuration, the APA driver,
may cause a "Data Key Miss Fault" panic in the constituent NIC (network interface card)
drivers of an APA group with a stack trace similar to the following:

Note
: In the above example, the NIC driver involved in the trace
is iexgbe, the 10GigEthr-02 driver. The panic can also happen to other NIC drivers like
iether, the Iether-00 driver.
Scope
HP-UX 11i v3 systems using HPE Auto Port Aggregation release B.11.31.1905 or earlier.
Resolution
A fix was provided with the HPE Auto Port Aggregation May 2022 Release (B.11.31.2205)
for HP-UX 11i v3 - available at HPE Software Center at the following URL:

HPE recommends updating the HPE APA to be May 2022 release on an HP-UX 11.31 system
with APA configuration to avoid the panic.
