For any HPE Synergy 660 Gen10 compute modules configured with the network adapters listed in the Scope section below, in very rare instances, Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception (UMCE) messages may be displayed when running System ROM versions prior to I43 3.10.As a result, the affected compute module will self-reboot to recover from this issue.When this issue occurs, the Integrated Management Log (IML) will display messages similar to the following:Critical,4089,883,0x0005,CPU,0x0003,Hardware,05/30/2023 12:48:49,13688:Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception(Processor 4 APIC ID 0x000000C0 Bank 0x00000006 Status 0xFB800000'00000E0B Address 0x00000000'00000000 Misc 0x00000000'CD000000). ACTION: Update the system firmware. If the issue persists contact support.Critical,4090,1811,0x0008,PCI Bus,0x0004,Hardware,05/30/2023 12:50:50,13691:Uncorrectable PCI Express Error Detected.Slot 5 (Segment 0x0 Bus 0xCE Device 0x0 Function 0x0). ACTION: Update the firmware of the failing device. If the issue persists replace the device.
