On HPE ProLiant DX360 Gen10 or HPE ProLiant DX380 Gen10 servers, after a server reset, HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) may report the following event:
The iLO health monitoring status of the device / adapter located in Embedded SAS Controller 01 is not responsive.
The event does not have any functional impact and may be ignored.
Scope
Any HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) on HPE ProLiant DX360 Gen10 or HPE ProLiant DX380 Gen10 servers.
Resolution
The event can be ignored as it does not affect the operation or functionality of the server.
To avoid this issue, update to iLO 5 firmware v2.95 (or later).
To download iLO 5 firmware v2.95 (or later), perform the following steps:

Enter a product name (e.g., iLO 5) in the text search field and wait for a list of Suggested Products to display. From the Suggested Products list displayed, identify the desired product and select it.
The page should refresh to display the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" tab and the components that support the selected product. From the "DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE" expandable filter menus on the left side of the page:
For further filtering if needed - Select the specific Operating System from the Operating Environment.
Locate and select the HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 firmware v2.95 (or later).
click the Revision History tab to locate the latest version.
