Attempts to add an HPE ProLiant XL450 Gen9 and XL420 Gen10 Plus Servers as "Managed"
to HPE OneView 8.20 will fail with an error message, such as:
HPE OneView does not support management of "HPE ProLiant XL450 Gen9
Server" model servers.
Scope
Any attempts to add an HPE ProLiant XL450 Gen9 and XL420 Gen10 Plus Servers to HPE
OneView 8.20.
Resolution
This issue is addressed by updating to
HPE
OneView 8.30.
In order to apply a workaround to allow ProLiant XL450 Gen9 and XL420 Gen10 Plus
Servers to be added to OneView 8.20, contact HPE Customer Support and reference Document
ID a00131496.
