The Health dashboard and Custom State views may not load when Microsoft System Center operation WEB console is opened with HPE OneView for Microsoft System Center (OV4SC) version 10.2 (or earlier) installed.
This issue will occur when System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) is updated with the System Center Operations Manager 2019 Update Rollup 1 (UR1). System Center Operations Manager 2019 UR1 supports Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) tokens to prevent CSRF attacks in a web application. This new requirement from Microsoft was not incorporated in the older versions of OV4SC.
Scope
Any HPE OneView for Microsoft System Center version 10.2 (or earlier) with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2019 Update Rollup 1 installed.
Resolution
The issue has been fixed by updating to
HPE OneView for Microsoft System Center version 10.3 (OV4SC).
