When an HPE ProLiant m750 Server has HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 Firmware version 2.48, the Chassis Information page for both the HPE Edgeline EL1000 and EL4000 Converged Edge Systems cannot correctly display the chassis name and will display the EL1000 or EL4000 chassis name as "HPE E."
Scope
Any HPE ProLiant m750 server with HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 Firmware Version 2.48 will display the incorrect chassis name for the HPE Edgeline EL1000 and EL4000 Converged Edge Systems.

To determine the Chassis Part Number reported by HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 2.48, use the Chassis Part Number to differentiate between an EL1000 and EL4000 chassis. The part number for the Converged Edge Systems can be found fron the following links:
