The following table indicates the EOL period milestones for the HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10 systems. Milestone Date Description End of life announcement August 01, 2021 Product begins the EOL period End of sales February 01, 2022 HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10 orders are not accepted after this date End of software feature releases February 01, 2024 After this date, no new software feature releases will be available for HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10 systems. End of engineering support February 01, 2026 After this date, there will be no new maintenance releases or workarounds for HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10 systems. The interoperability matrix will be frozen. End of support life February 01, 2027 After this date, HPE will discontinue hardware break/fix and spare part availability, configuration support, and work around guidance for the HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10 systems. SUPPORT URL HPE SimpliVity Portfolio Guide REASON FOR CHANGE Product Transition: Starting with this announcement, HPE is transitioning to the next generation platform with AMD Milan processors, the HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10 Plus V2. This platform is based on the HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen10 Plus V2 and available for purchase starting in Q4 2021. IMPACT OF CHANGE Software for the HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10: HPE recommends upgrading to the latest OmniStack software to take advantage of the latest improvements and fixes. Maintenance releases will be available through January 31, 2026. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Service and Support: HPE Pointnext will offer support for HPE SimpliVity 325 Gen10 systems through 31 January 2027. After this date, HPE will no longer provide hardware break/fix and spare parts, configuration support, or work around guidance. HPE recommends that all hyperconverged products be kept under an active service contract.
