The next release to enter an EOS status is the HPE Synergy Custom SPP 2020.05.02, beginning in June 2021. For HPE Synergy customers using these Synergy Custom SPPs within their environment, HPE encourages customers to update to the latest Synergy Custom SPP release, to enable the latest features and enhancements. Synergy Custom SPPs can be found at the HPE Synergy Software Releases page, along with the supported HPE Synergy Management Combinations. To access recovery images for all HPE Synergy Management Combinations and HPE Synergy Custom SPP versions, refer to the HPE Synergy Software Release Archive page. IMPACT OF CHANGE HPE Synergy Custom SPP releases are typically supported for a minimum of one year following the original release date. HPE Pointnext will continue to provide technical support for customers with active support contracts; however, no additional solutions will be provided for these releases. If known solutions are available in subsequent releases, HPE Pointnext recommends to update to newer Synergy Custom SPP versions.
