On either an updated or a new installation of HPE OneView Global Dashboard (OVGD) 2.20, OVGD may experience SCMB state cycling between offline and online for the added OneView appliances.When this occurs, frequent cycling (or flapping) of the appliance state between SCMB offline and online will be observed.
