After upgrading an HPE ProLiant m710x or HPE ProLiant m510 server cartridge with iLO 4 Firmware Version 2.57 or Moonshot Component Pack 2020.05.0, it is not possible to log into HPE Integrated Lights-Out 4 (iLO 4).
This is due to an issue with iLO 4 Firmware 2.57, which is included in the Moonshot Component Pack 2020.05.0.
Scope
Any HPE ProLiant m710x Server Cartridge or HPE ProLiant m510 Server Cartridge with iLO 4 Firmware Version 2.57 in a Moonshot 1500 Chassis.
Resolution
Install iLO 4 Firmware Version 2.58, and do not use iLO 4 Firmware Version 2.57, which is part of the component pack. If iLO 4 Firmware 2.57 has already been loaded on the cartridge, perform the following steps using Moonshot Chassis Manager CLI commands to upgrade it to 2.58.

1. Copy the ProLiant m750 iLO firmware file (ilO_on_Moonshot_2.58) to the Moonshot CM memory from an http server with the CM CLI command, for example:
add firmware file http://192.168.2.40/" ilo4_258_moonshot_p02.bin
2. Reboot the cartridge numbered x affected with the CM command:
reset cartridge power force Cx
3. After the reboot, update the iLO firmware with the CM command:
update firmware ilo4_258_moonshot_p02.bin Cx
Several cartridges may be updated by specifying a cartridge range. All cartridges may be updated using the keyword "all." Refer to the
