Some Apollo 4510 Gen10 Chassis may shut down with the following Fan failures:
IML sample: Critical,155,39599,0x000E, OS,0x0002, Other,06.12.2019 12:52:09,222: Automatic Operating System Shutdown Initiated Due to Fan Failure.
Scope
Any HPE Apollo 4510 Gen10 chassis.
Resolution
If any of the above system shutdowns occur, or to prevent them from occurring, update the Gen10 Chassis Controller Firmware to version 1.4.19 (or later):
