Info
On HPE Cloudline CL2600 Gen10 and HPE Cloudline CL2800 Gen10 servers, AMI Remote BIOS Setup may not be function properly when using a Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 11 browser.
While using IE 11 to browse or operate the BMC Web UI works as expected, some of the AMI BIOS Setup menu options will be grayed out and unable to be clicked/selected. This occurs due to a known issue in the current AMI BIOS codebase.

Scope
Any HPE Cloudline CL2600 Gen10 server or HPE Cloudline CL2800 Gen10 server using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 as web browser.
Resolution
This issue will be addressed fixed in a future BIOS maintenance.
Do not use IE 11 to open the AMI Remote BIOS setup since it does not support “forEach” in Java Script.
As a workaround, HPE recommends to use Google Chrome or Firefox, which will enable the menu options as seen in the example below from a Google Chrome browser:
This advisory will be updated when the fix becomes available.
