The Smart Storage Administrator (SSA) application may, in some instances, be unable to access the S100i card in a ProLiant DL325 Gen10 or ProLiant DL385 Gen10 server to configure it on systems running HPE Intelligent Provisioning 3.30/3/31 or the Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) 2019.09.03.1 unless IOMMU is disabled. This occurs because SSA is unable to recognize the card.
Any ProLiant DL325 Gen10 or ProLiant DL385 Gen10 server with HPE Intelligent Provisioning 3.30/3/31 or the Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) 2019.09.03.1.
This issue will be corrected in a future version of Intelligent Provisioning and a future version of the SPP. As a workaround, disable IOMMU or to use the UEFI configuration application if setup is needed.
