With the release of HPE 3PAR Service Processor (SP) 5.0.5, new features are available to assist in the notification and installation of HPE 3PAR StoreServ OS updates.
This release integrates the HPE 3PAR SP with InfoSight, allowing for Artificial Intelligence (AI) analysis of the HPE 3PAR StoreServ array-available updates to provide specific and customized update recommendations. This will allow for timely update installation without the need for scheduling service events with HPE Support.
Included in this update is a simplified and easy to use update process which will include:
HPE 3PAR StoreServ-specific proactive update recommendations
Improved HPE 3PAR StoreServ array checking during the update process
A dynamically updated detailed list of available patches
Alerts indicating patch availability
