On an HPE Apollo 8000 iCDU or HPE Apollo 6000 iCDU system, the PCOweb firmware should NOT be upgraded or downgraded at this time with any versions that may be available on the card vendor website, because the hardware will not function properly with versions of firmware other than the versions that the systems were shipped with:
PCO1***WB0 with 8 MB Flash + 16 MB RAM shipped with A1.5.4-B1.2.4
PCO1***WB0 with 16 MB Flash + 32 MB RAM shipped with A1.6.0-B1.3.0
Scope
Any iCDU rack for an Apollo 8000 iCDU or Apollo 6000 iCDU system.
Resolution
Do not attempt to upgrade or downgrade PCOweb firmware. The version that was shipped with the system provides full functionality.
If an upgrade or downgrade was already attempted, the PCOWeb card must be replaced with the following:
784676-001, SPS-Controller WEB Card 138830, CTRL ACC_PCOWEB CARD_PCO1 BMS
