This notice informs administrators to use HPE Smart Storage Administrator to set up storage pools on HPE StoreEasy 1660 and 1860 Storage products.
In April 2018, HPE will release a new HPE StoreEasy Management Console, which then can be used to provision storage pools with recommended best practices for the HPE StoreEasy 1660 and 1860 systems. The HPE StoreEasy Management Console will be available as a free software download, and HPE will send out an additional notice when the HPE StoreEasy Management Console is available.
