On an HPE Superdome Flex server, under certain network conditions, the base IO JViewer web server may stop responding. When this occurs, JViewer will not function.
Scope
Any HPE Superdome Flex server.
Resolution
The issue has been fixed in Superdome Flex firmware version 2.3.132, available here:

As a workaround, perform the following:
On systems with discrete Rack Management Controller (RMC):
If the partition is powered on:
Connect to the BMC of the baseIO chassis via serial console
Login as administrator
Execute: REBOOT RMC
If the partition is off:
Connect to the RMC via SSH or serial console
Login as administrator
Execute: config -v and note the GEOID of the baseIO chassis that needs to be rebooted.
Execute: power cycle bmc <GEOID>, where <GEOID> is from (3)
On Systems with Embedded Rack Management Controller (eRMC):
Connect to the eRMC via serial console or SSH
Login as administrator
Execute: config -v and note the GEOID of the baseIO chassis that needs to be rebooted.
Execute: power cycle bmc <GEOID>, where <GEOID> is from (3)
