To resolve this issue, download the Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4035631) and install the latest Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems as follows: 1. Disable IOMMU in the RBSU 2. Install Microsoft Windows Server 2016 3. Install the 2017 -08 Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4035631) . 4. Install the latest Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4052231) : 5. Re-enable IOMMU in RBSU 6. Install the drivers, firmware and software from the latest Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) as follows: a. Access the HPE Support Center . b. Enter a product name (e.g., "DL385 Gen10") in the text search field and wait for a list of products to populate. From the products displayed, identify the desired product and click on the Drivers & software icon to the right of the product. c. From the Drivers & software dropdown menus on the left side of the page: d. Select the Software Type - (e.g. Application (Entitlement Required)) e. Select the Software Sub Type - (e.g. System Management) f. For further filtering if needed - Select the specific Operating System from the Operating Environment. g. Select the latest release of Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) 2017.10.1(31 Oct 2017). Note: To ensure the latest version will be downloaded, click on the Revision History tab to check if a new version of the firmware/driver is available. h. Click Download .
