Any HPE ProLiant server configured with one of the CNA adapters listed in the scope section below with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and hardware based iSCSI attached LUNs, may experience an Unrecoverable Error and network connectivity loss to the server through the affected adapter with an installed firmware version of 11.2.1226.20. System Event log entries may contain the following: Message OneConnect (PCI Bus 6 Device 0 Function 2) : UnRecoverable Error detected. UE Low: 0x0 UE High: 0x0 FW Line: 0x0.\r\n OneConnect (PCI Bus 6 Device 0 Function 2) : Error Recovery is not being attempted. Adapter is no longer functional.\r\n OneConnect (PCI Bus 6 Device 0 Function 2) : UnRecoverable Error detected. UE Low: 0x0 UE High: 0x0 FW Line: 0x0.\r\n The network interface HP FlexFabric 20Gb 2-port 650FLB Adapter #2" has begun resetting.
