When an HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 system first boots, a "Process shutdown directive? (y/n)" option may be displayed. The Operating System (OS) is installed successfully, but selection of an option will be required to boot into the OS.
Any of the following HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 systems with the Part Numbers listed below: HPE MicroServer Gen10 X3216 1TB Entry US Svr - 870208-001 HPE MicroServer Gen10 X3216 1TB Entry EU Svr - 870208-421 HPE MicroServer Gen10 X3216 1TB Entry JP Svr - 870208-291 HPE MicroServer Gen10 X3216 1TB Entry AP Svr - 870208-371 HPE MicroServer Gen10 X3216 1TB Entry CN Svr - 870208-AA1
To resolve this issue, select "Y" to make the system shut down when the "Process shutdown directive? (y/n)" option is displayed. Then, power the server on and enter the Operating System. At this point, the server can be normally set up and operated.
