HPE Intelligent Provisioning (IP) Versions 2.2x, 2.3x and 2.4x will only enable one network port even when multiple ports are present in a target. As result, IP may not bring up the deployment port required for HPE Insight Control server provisioning (ICsp) to function.
Any HPE Intelligent Provisioning (IP) Version 2.2x, 2.3x or 2.4x with HPE Insight Control server provisioning (ICsp) Version 2.6 (or later).
This issue is fixed with Intelligent Provisioning (IP) 2.50 and Insight Control server provisioning (ICsp) 7.6. This combination will bring up all the NIC ports.For IP updates, use the Firmware Update utility to find and apply the latest IP firmware for a ProLiant server and installed options.IP updates can also be performed when a Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) update is available.
