When installing the Linux ClearOS operating system, Intelligent Provisioning 2.60 (or later) is supported. ClearOS is not available for an operating system selection. ClearOS is only supported as an operating system in HPE Intelligent Provisioning 2.60 (or later).

Intelligent Provisioning 2.60 (or later) will support ClearOS as an operating system selection. Note: ClearOS is available to download from HPE at the following URL: http://www.hpe.com/servers/clearos Note 1: The HPE ProLiant servers on the ClearOS support matrix is available at the following URL: http://www.hpe.com/servers/clearoscert To install ClearOS, download the latest Intelligent Provisioning 2.60 (or later) ISO image manually from HPE Support Center on HPE.com. Perform the following steps and install the drivers into the operating system when prompted: Click on the following link: http://h20566.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=1008862660&swItemId=MTX_7e41cd4c541247b18545be5013&swEnvOid=4184# Click on the Download icon beside the latest available version of Intelligent Provisioning, such as, "HPIP 260.2017_0505.157.iso" Version 2.60, dated 5 May 2017. Create a bootable USB key using the Windows HPE USB Key Utility from this ISO. http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=1008862658&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4210 Boot the system from the USB key and install the updated version of Intelligent Provisioning. ClearOS will be an operating system option to select during the installation. This advisory will be updated when additional information becomes available.
