Scope
Any HPE ProLiant BL660c Gen9 server blade.
Resolution
Customer Advisory c01668472 refers to issues which can occur when the Power Management Controller Firmware is not up to date.
If the Power Management Controller Firmware is not up-to-date, it should first be updated. If the error persists and the server blade has a configuration with four v4 processors, over 50% of the DIMM sockets populated, and multiple FLB and mezzanine cards, there may be a configuration where the power requirements are in excess of the default maximum value of 900 watts.
