On any HPE ProLiant server running the HPE VMware ESXi 6.5 Custom ISO image version 650.9.6.0 or version 650.9.6.5, or running the HPE ESXi Offline Bundle for VMware vSphere 6.5 version 2.6.0 or version 2.6.2, and configured with an HP Dynamic Smart Array B140i Controller, and with a Smart Array controller supported by the nhpsa driver, the HPE Insight Management WBEM Providers version 03.11.00 do not report the HPE Dynamic Smart Array B140i Controller information. Only the nhpsa driver supported Smart Array Controller information is reported.
Scope
Any HPE ProLiant server running the HPE VMware ESXi 6.5 Custom ISO image version 650.9.6.0 or version 650.9.6.5, or running the HPE ESXi Offline Bundle for VMware vSphere 6.5 version 2.6.0 or version 2.6.2, and configured with an HP Dynamic Smart Array B140i Controller, and with a smart array controller supported by the nhpsa driver, and running the HPE Insight Management WBEM Providers version 03.11.00.
Resolution
The HPE Dynamic Smart Array B140i Controller information can be found in the HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) Graphical User Interface.
To resolve this issue, download and install the HPE Insight Management WBEM Providers version 03.12.50 available at the following URL:
