On certain HPE ProLiant servers configured with an HPE Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 562FLR-SFP+ Adapter or an HPE Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 562SFP+ Adapter, on a server reboot, one or more of the adapters may disappear from the boot order. When this occurs, the PXE boot code of the 562XXX adapters is not recognized and gets removed from the server boot order. On a subsequent reboot, the PXE boot code is recognized as a new bootable environment and is added to the end of the boot device list.
