On the HPE OneView Firmware view, graphics cards installed in an HPE Synergy 480 Expansion module may display the firmware version of the graphics cards as "Unknown." This is expected behavior when the firmware version cannot be detected.

To ensure that installed graphics cards are configured with the latest graphics card firmware, use the Graphics Card vBIOS Upgrade Utility for HPE ProLiant WS460c Gen8/9 Graphics Server Blade and Synergy 480 Compute Module, available at the following URL:
