This is a generic Error Message which is part of an official Troubleshooting Checklist , it has to be investigated further. Generally related to Management Server, where errors are displayed in Unity without a visible cause for it, such as activities which are left hanging as processes in the background which then affect other tasks the Operating Environment wishes to perform. Examples: "Mode: Storage Health in Degraded" "The system encountered an unexpected error." Multiple simultaneous user-performed operations on the GUI
Unity Administrator has resolved it by restarting management service as per Article Number 000490488. If these steps do not resolve your issue, please contact Dell EMC Support and reference this KB.
