This is a VxRail-specific article referencing the impact of Dell severs shows "Incorrectly Configured" for PSUs with different input voltage ranges or input type . Please refer back to it for any updates. From any of the PSU P/Ns listed below when one PSU receives high line and the other receives low line: The low line power supply shows as "incorrectly configured" and power redundancy is unavailable. 12-14G DPN Low Line AC Input Voltage / Output Power Rating High Line AC Input Voltage / Output Power Rating DC Input Voltage / Output Power Rating 3000 W H7TFG/Y58PJ 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 1,400 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 3,000 W - 2400 W J1CC3/D3VOD 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 1,400 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 2,400 W - 2000 W YD1T6/VWWF1/T8MTC 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 1,000 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 2,000 W 192 Vdc - 288 Vdc / 2,000 W 1600 W 95HR5 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 800 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 1,600 W - 1100 W CMPGM/Y26KX 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 1,050 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 1,100 W - 15G DPN Low Line AC Input Voltage / Output Power Rating High Line AC Input Voltage/ Output Power Rating DC Input Voltage / Output Power Rating 2400 W M63JN/7GN3C 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 1,400 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 2,400 W 192 Vdc - 288 Vdc / 2,400 W 1400 W 1CW9G/CYHHJ 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 1,050 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 1,400 W 192 Vdc - 288 Vdc / 1,400 W 1100 W J9N6W/FR0KX 90 Vac - 140 Vac / 1,050 W 180 Vac - 264 Vac / 1,100 W 192 Vdc - 288 Vdc / 1,100 W
1100 W or higher PSUs present as a lower wattage on low line than high line. This is by design.
As this is an unsupported configuration: ensure both PSUs receive the same voltage input. Ensure to also unplug the PSU with the reported error and plug back in to clear the alert, if still present after resolving voltage input.
